As the year comes to an end, we reflect on the blessings of 2023 and pray for joy and peace—two seemingly elusive words in times of war, health care and climate crises, and everyday stressors. We have come to understand that when we express gratitude, experience kindness, have meaningful connections and learn about healing programs that transform lives, hope springs eternal.

In 2024, our hard-working teams at KnoWEwell and Natural Awakenings are thrilled to be celebrating our first anniversary as a united family, as well as Natural Awakening’s 30th anniversary. We are looking forward to serving you with fresh initiatives throughout the new year.
Our hearts are filled with deep gratitude for the kindness and collaborative multimedia exchange among our growing thought-leading council members and industry partners that have been helping us to centralize today’s Regenerative Whole Health knowledge and resources into one trusted Hub to make the journey to WELLthier Living easier and more affordable for everyone. We are also deeply thankful for our investors, community sponsors and local-business advertisers that enable us to expand our platform of services and provide high-quality journalism as a free resource in our nationwide print magazine.
The authenticity of our ecosystem inspires us to continue in our mission and reminds us to be conscious of our actions toward others and ourselves, as we strive for a brighter, healthier future for all children and Mother Earth.
